The Argyle on 12th is a new luxury apartment complex currently under-construction at 12th and McGee in Kansas City, Missouri.
I worked with The Argyle team to create a comprehensive brand that feels fresh and modern with a nostalgic twist. I then designed and developed their responsive one-page brochure website to help drum up interest and begin pre-leasing apartments, and the site was brought to life with renders from the talented Jacob Burghart and copy from Erin Morris. After the site was live, I worked with designer Stephen Jordan to create additional design collateral, including outdoor signage, business cards, and the A12 logomark
